Mercedes-Benz found locked in garage in Sunnyrock"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An EMPD SWAT Unit member was informed by a vehicle tracking company about a white Mercedes-Benz GLA which was hijacked on the N3 highway near Alberton, last Saturday at 5.35am.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was allegedly hijacked by bogus policemen using blue lights and sirens.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>Guided by the GPS coordinates of the hijacked vehicle\u2019s movements, the tracking company member, together with Const Quinton Steenberg of the EMPD SWAT Unit, located the vehicle at Pinehurst Flats in Sunnyrock.<\/p>\n<p>The coordinates pointed to the hijacked vehicle being in a locked garage.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post well as the keys to the garage in his room.<\/p>\n<p>The 45-year-old man was arrested and detained at the Alberton Police Station and charged with possession of a hijacked motor vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>He was expected to appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate\u2019s Court last Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The hijacking case was registered at the Primrose Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
