The Germiston SPCA’s Name our Pig competition is still in full swing.

The money raised will go towards assisting the animals at the SPCA.

The SPCA’s committee is reminding people to get involved in the fun and help name the seven-month-old large white pig.

It is so easy to enter.

All you need to do is make a donation to the Germiston SPCA either via EFT or by visiting the kennels in Junction Road, Driehoek.

When making your donation, you must furnish the SPCA with your name (first name and surname), your proposed name for the pig and your contact number.

The project will run until the end of January 2019, and all donations and name suggestions will be published on a weekly basis in the GCN.
