Hirsch\u2019s Meadowdale recently kicked off the festive season by hosting a Christmas Children\u2019s Cooking Class for all youngsters in the community.<\/p>\n

Children were invited to learn how to prepare some delicious Christmas biscuits.<\/p>

With all the children very excited to get their hands dirty, they started off by mixing all the ingredients to create the dough.<\/p>\n

Once the cookie dough was ready, they had to roll out their own dough and choose from a wide array of Christmas cookie cutters to create their perfect biscuits.<\/p>

After the biscuits were baked and cooled off, they got to decorate their Christmas biscuits with different coloured icing and sprinkles.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love sending my grandchildren to the Hirsch\u2019s Children\u2019s Cooking Classes.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a fun and interactive way to teach them the ins and outs in the kitchen, and above that, they get to interact with so many other children which is a great way to develop social skills,\u201d said Hennie van der Merwe.<\/p>\n
