The learners of Galway Primary School have been hard at work this year studying and honing new skills.<\/p>\n

But for 30 female learners, aged between 12 and 14 years old, their learning has not been limited to the classroom as they have been learning several new skills from the members of the Vroue Landbou-Unie\u2019s Dinwiddie branch.<\/p>

Women, from the 20-member strong group, have visited the school on Mondays, since the second term, to pass down their home industry skills.<\/p>\n

The group\u2019s projects have included sewing and knitting, with the focus shifting to beadwork for the year\u2019s final term.<\/p>
