feet, sway those hips and enjoy a good old \u201csokkie\u201d as Jonk in Afrikaans takes guests on a musical journey packed with great dance and pop hits.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>Described as a \u201cpop-sokkie extravaganza\u201d by its makers, Jonk in Afrikaans features fresh new faces in the Afrikaans music industry.<\/p>\n<p>Guests can expect to see Elvis se Seun, Franja du Plessis, Chane Valentine, Dirk van der Westhuizen, Juan Boucher, Tussen Sterre, Irene-Louise van Wyk and Heidi.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>They are young and incredibly talented and bursting at the seams with new, original, modern dance and pop typical concert where guests are glued to their chairs for lack of space to actually get down and boogie, Jonk in Afrikaans allows for the dancer in you to be unleashed.<\/p>\n<p>The visual effects, scenic lighting and cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of the Afrikaans music scene make for a tasteful, fun-filled audio and dancing feast.<\/p>\n<p>Who thought of Jonk in Afrikaans?<\/p>\n<p>The idea started with two young entrepreneurs who religiously attend Afrikaans music concerts and identified a massive gap in the market for something fresh aimed at the younger generation.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, the event focuses very much on dance and \u201csokkie\u201d music, allowing for freedom to dance and participate in the extravaganza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
