Netcare 911 responded to an accident on the N3 highway in Germiston at about 6.35am on Friday.<\/p>\n
\u201cUpon arrival on the scene, Netcare 911 and other emergency medical services found a car on the side of the road.<\/p>
\u201cUpon further assessment, they found a man in his 30s entrapped in the vehicle,\u201d said Tebogo Magoro, marketing and communications officer for Netcare 911.<\/p>\n
\u201cSadly the man had sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead.\u201d<\/p>
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known by the paramedics but the police were on scene to investigate further.<\/p>\n
