Her new owners love her very much and had even started teaching her sign language.<\/p>\n<p>An appeal has been made to the community to help bring Bell home as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h4>ALSO reward, friends and community members have managed to raise R2 000 as a reward for her safe return.<\/p>\n<p>A &#8216;Go Fund Me&#8217; page has also been set up to raise funds for a bigger reward and a Facebook page &#8216;Bring Home Bell &#8211; Missing Deaf Puppy&#8217; to help raise awareness, has also been created.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Hannah on 079 305 3255 with any information which could lead
