Six people were killed in a recent minibus taxi crash on the M2.<\/p>\n
The taxi, which was carrying 19 passengers, crashed into the metal centre barrier of the M2 freeway eastbound, before the Geldenhuys interchange in Germiston.<\/p>
The Ekurhuleni Disaster and Emergency Management Services (DEMS) rescue team from the Germiston Fire Station was the first to arrive at the scene and found that one adult was ejected from the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Amongst the six people declared dead at the scene by the paramedics, one was a minor.<\/p>
Two passengers sustained critical injuries, nine sustained serious but stable injuries and three others had minor injuries.<\/p>\n
