allegedly assaulting a woman at a Primrose intersection, the woman\u2019s advocate Leana Fick and candidate attorney Andrew Howie appeared in the Germiston Magistrate\u2019s Court this due to a lack of evidence this morning (Tuesday) in the Germiston Magistrate\u2019s Court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe is relieved that she can now move on with life and put this aspect of the matter behind her.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cShe is going to exercise her right to proceed with criminal charges and a civil claim against those that are implicated in the matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The incident took place in September on the corner of Cactus Road and Ceres Street.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:
