The metro has for some time now ensured that facilities to pay fines electronically are available for the convenience of traffic offenders.<\/p>
Over and above this, there are other websites where one can pay a traffic fine in the comfort of your home or office and each and every town in Ekurhuleni has a walk-in office to pay.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn the event you, as a motorist, feel a traffic fine was unfairly issued, there are several recourses available, including submitting a written representation, seeing a senior public prosecutor or contesting the fine in court,\u201d said Chief Supt Wilfred Kgasago, spokesman for the EMPD.<\/p>
