Many of the metro\u2019s community swimming pools are now open to the public.<\/p>\n
Gates to some of the metro\u2019s swimming pools were officially opened last Friday, for the long-awaited \u201csplish splash\u201d season.<\/p>
In preparation for the swimming season, some of the pools went through an extensive renovation process.<\/p>\n
This included, concrete painting, repairs to tiles, expansion joints, repairing of plumbing and electrical faults and the use of cleaning chemicals amongst others.<\/p>
Ekurhuleni has three types of pool categories with different facilities.<\/p>\n
