Carnival City is launching its first Carnival Market in September.<\/p>\n
The market at the outdoor Pocket Park area will feature stalls and exhibits of handcrafted goods, clothing, artisanal drinks and other products on the first Sunday of every month with the first being on September 3.<\/p>
The market will open at 10am and entrance is free.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is the first craft and food fair of its kind for us.<\/p>
\u201cThis market provides a wonderful platform on which to showcase what our community has to offer.<\/p>\n
\u201cBuying local feeds our local economy so we hope the community will come out in support of this family-centred event,\u201d said Michelle Smith, marketing manager for Carnival City.<\/p>\n
