Emperors Palace is proud to announce the appointment of Andr\u00e9 Bezuidenhout as its new Chef de Cuisine at the elegant and contemporary Aurelia\u2019s Restaurant, located alongside the award-winning five-star Peermont D\u2019oreale Grande Hotel.<\/p>\n
Andr\u00e9 brings years of experience to the role, having started out as sous chef at Kloppenheim Country Estate and honing his talents at some of South Africa\u2019s most popular restaurants, including the Saxon Hotel as executive sous chef and Inanda Polo Club\u2019s \u2018By Word of Mouth\u2019 (BWOM) restaurant as executive chef.<\/p>
