The corridors at Laerskool Die President were alive with the sounds of excited, happy and well-fed children, recently.<\/p>\n

The children were treated to soup and bread by the Life Sizanani team from the Life Roseacres Hospital.<\/p>

As part of the Life Health group\u2019s CSI initiative, the Life Sizanani team made soup for every learner in the school.<\/p>\n

This amounted to a mammoth 500 mouths to feed.<\/p>

Karen Landsberg, the marketing co-ordinator at Life Roseacres Hospital, said Friday\u2019s project served as the team\u2019s Mandela Day event.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe staff raised money to purchase the soup ingredients and made and served it to all the children,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
