Lynette Nance-Kivell, from Nance-Kivell Attorneys, a civil and litigation expert and a Marlands resident, argued the matter of urgency for an interdict to prohibit the relocation of residents from the Angelo informal settlement to Germiston in the Johannesburg High Court, yesterday (July 11).<\/p>\n
The judge reserved judgement for tomorrow (July 13) at 11.30am.<\/p>
