The application for an urgent interdict to prohibit the relocation of residents from the Angelo informal settlement to Germiston is currently underway in the Johannesburg High Court.<\/p>\n
Lynette Nance-Kivell, from Nance-Kivell Attorneys, a civil and litigation expert and a Marlands resident, along with another law firm are applying for the interdict.<\/p>
More information will be communicated as soon as it becomes available.<\/p>\n
While the application is being heard in court the Angelo informal settlement residents have taken to the streets near the settlement, in Boksburg.<\/p>
