Are you tired of all the diets that require you to cut out chocolate?

Tired of feeling guilty after you have eaten chocolate?

If you have been looking for a reason and a day to eat chocolate without feeling guilty it is today (July 7).

Today is World Chocolate Day, yep, you read right it is a day to indulge in your favourite chocolate without the slightest guilt.

You don’t have to blur out your side vision when walking past the chocolate aisle, at the shops, today, instead walk straight to that aisle and feast your eyes as you select which chocolate/s you will buy to enjoy later.

For some of us chocolate makes us feel tingly inside so celebrate this day by indulging in chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate.

Unless you are requested to cut out chocolate for medical purposes, just spoil yourself and stock up on chocolate biscuits, ice-cream and any chocolate treat.
