{"id":145619,"date":"2017-02-25T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2017-02-25T05:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/germistoncitynews.co.za\/145619\/residents-urged-to-make-provision-for-this-water-cut\/"},"modified":"2017-02-25T07:32:04","modified_gmt":"2017-02-25T05:32:04","slug":"residents-urged-to-make-provision-for-this-water-cut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/develop.citizen.co.za\/germiston-city-news\/news-headlines\/2017\/02\/25\/residents-urged-to-make-provision-for-this-water-cut\/","title":{"rendered":"Residents in Dawnview and its surrounds urged to make provision for this water cut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The metro wishes to inform Germiston residents of a planned water supply interruption on Monday, February 27.<\/p>\n<p>The interruption, due to routine maintenance at the Hilltop Reservoir, will be between 8am and 3pm.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>During this time some areas will experience low pressure and some will not have water at all.<\/p>\n<p>Dawnview and its surrounding areas will be most affected.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>Water tankers will be stationed on Jubilee Street and Association Road next to Dawnview High School in Dawnview.<\/p>\n<p>Ekurhuleni apologises for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To report water supply issues, you can:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Call the call centre on 0860 543 000.<\/li>\n<li>SMS EMM to 30788 followed by the service issue and details, as well as your name and contact details.<\/li>\n<li>Log a call through the website\u2019s \u201cReport It\u201d section \u2013 www.ekurhuleni.gov.za.
