This is an exciting role helping transition \/ educate existing print as well as new clients into the digital world.<\/p>\n<p>The Digital sales consultant will be required to maximize advertising sales revenue through the development of quality business relationships and promotion of new\/existing advertising products to potential clients.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>Our ideal candidate must be passionate about selling, have experience in digital advertising and possess excellent presentation and closing skills.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships with local clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that current print clients are exposed to our digital platforms\/offerings<\/li>\n<li>Come up with strategic initiatives to increase profitability<\/li>\n<li>Create custom proposals based on client\u2019s short and long term needs<\/li>\n<li>Continue building existing relationships with clients and ensure that you understand their business strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Source and secure new business in a creative and innovative manner<\/li>\n<li>Deal with admin accurately and adhere to deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with industry digital sales trends and competitor activity relating to your portfolio and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An excellent understanding of digital media sales<\/li>\n<li>Drivers Licence<\/li>\n<li>Own Transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital media (web and social media)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to contribute in a team based environment<\/li>\n<li>A passion for all things digital<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re self-motivated and results oriented<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing, resilient personality<\/li>\n<li>Understand and enjoy the thrill of the sale<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re confident and not willing to accept average<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please apply by emailing a full CV to <a href=\"mailto:tracym@caxton.co.za\">tracym@caxton.co.za<\/a>.
