Having won South African Idols in 2013, Sukwene has not stopped shining and at the announcement of this year’s Top 10 Idols contestants, he performed his brand-new hit single, “Mthande” from his album Mr Serious which recently reached gold status.

“Mthande” was created when Sukwene teamed up with the prolific music producer and singer, Robbie Malinga, who will also be performing as part of the Afro Goes East tour.

Malinga, who has produced for the likes of Zahara, Nhlanhla Nkiza and Nomfusi, is not to be missed.

The Jaziel Brothers, Luthando and Ntobeko Ngcizel, originally from the Eastern Cape, grew up in Klerksdorp and now live in Johannesburg.

They made their mark on the South African music scene with the release of their suitably named debut album, The Beginning.

Their performance at Afro Goes East will be a special blend of Afro, soul, pop, gospel and kwaito.

Doors open at 7pm and at 8pm audiences can prepare to be entertained by South Africa’s best.
