It can also be sliced and grilled or fried.<\/p>\n<h3>Sirloin<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/albertonrecord.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2016\/07\/sirloin.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-112905\" src=\"https:\/\/albertonrecord.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2016\/07\/sirloin.jpg\" alt=\"sirloin\" width=\"710\" height=\"473\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sirloin\u00a0is a tender and delicious cut of beef. It is sold on the bone or deboned and\u00a0rolled with or without the fillet, for roasting. The fillet is the smaller \u201ceye\u201d on the\u00a0inside of the rib bone, which is usually removed. It is sold in slices as fillet\u00a0steak or whole.<\/p>\n<h3>Chuck and blade steak<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/albertonrecord.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2016\/07\/Chuck_7-bone_Pot-Roast.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-112906\" src=\"https:\/\/albertonrecord.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2016\/07\/Chuck_7-bone_Pot-Roast.jpg\" alt=\"Chuck_7-bone_Pot-Roast\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chuck and blade steak\u00a0is a large, fairly lean cut of high-quality meat, that can be removed\u00a0from the bone and sold as \u201cchuck-steak\u201d. It can also be cooked whole as a roast or cut into cubes and skewered as in the case of Portuguese Espetada.<\/p>\n<h3>Topside<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/albertonrecord.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2016\/07\/quality-british-meat-beef-topside-2-710x0.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-112922\" src=\"https:\/\/albertonrecord.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/2016\/07\/quality-british-meat-beef-topside-2-710x0.jpg\" alt=\"quality-british-meat-beef-topside-2-710x0\" width=\"710\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Topside, a lean cut of beef, with little or no fat, is often sold with a layer of fat tied around it.
