However, residents of Elspark now face a new hurdle as the area is plagued by water supply interruptions sometimes lasting for days. \u201cIn one week alone our water has been off three times on June 7, 8 and 9,\u201d said Gail Rushmer. \u201cEvery day we either have a burst water pipe or are without electricity.\u201d Many residents in the area believe the metro\u2019s lack of maintenance has caused the infrastructure to fail in the area.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Be on high alert on this road: <a href=\"http:\/\/germistoncitynews.co.za\/124810\/be-on-high-alert-on-this-road\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/1U81RMR<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Driving home from a birthday party, last Saturday night, turned into a scary experience for a local family. Samantha Julius, her five-year-old son Lejean, her mom Shariffa (all from Primrose) and Samantha\u2019s boyfriend Kyle Jagwa (from Edenvale) were driving along Main Reef Road, in Malvern East, on their way home after dropping off a family member in Rosherville.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Man shot and wounded in housebreaking: <a href=\"http:\/\/germistoncitynews.co.za\/124763\/man-shot-and-wounded-in-housebreaking\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/23fK8bZ<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A 65-year-old man was shot and wounded during a housebreaking on Rigel Street, in Germiston. The robbery reportedly took place on Monday, June 13, at around 1.30pm. This according to Athlenda Mathe, media liaison officer for Netcare 911.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Delville drug dealer nabbed: <a href=\"http:\/\/germistoncitynews.co.za\/124427\/delville-drug-dealer-nabbed\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/1XLdwrl<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Acting on information regarding a man selling drugs in Delville, the Johannesburg Crime Intelligence team raided a house, last Wednesday, at 4.45pm.
