The GCN contacted the metro to find out what had caused this outage and when power would be restored. \u201cAn equipment fault at the main Elsburg substation was the cause of the outage,\u201d said metro spokesman Themba Gadebe.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>2. The man was found to be in the possession of a hijacked motor vehicle and an unlicensed firearm, after officers followed a signal from the vehicle\u2019s tracking system.<\/p>\n<p>4. This will allow the team to follow up on the complaints with the metro.<\/p>\n<p>5.
