metro complaints to the GCN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Germiston City News strives to assist the community in getting answers from the metro on various municipal complaints.<\/p>\n<p>However, the team needs several vital pieces of information to enable them to the get answers.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>They are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Most importantly the complainant needs to have logged a call with the metro\u2019s call taking centre, and gotten a reference number.<\/li>\n<li>The physical address of the complaint and\/or problem.<\/li>\n<li>How long has the problem been on-going and when it was first reported to the metro.<\/li>\n<li>The name, surname and contact number of the complainant for our records and\/or articles so that we can get back to you and\/or follow-up on the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The team will send the relevant information to the metro\u2019s media department, as we cannot contact the departments directly for comment.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>All municipal complaints are sent to the metro,
