Add the condensed\u00a0milk and continue\u00a0to whisk until smooth.\u00a0Add the lemon juice a little\u00a0at a time until all the juice\u00a0has been mixed in and the\u00a0mixture has thickened. Use the biscuits to\u00a0line the base of a 24 cm\u00a0tart dish.
