taught to tidy up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The children of Leeupoort Primary School in Driehoek were thrilled when Primrose and Germiston social crime prevention officers, together with representatives from Mathomomayo Cleaning Services and Caltex visited, recently.<\/p>\n<p>The pupils were taught to have a good sense of personal hygiene by Selina Melubula, a representative of Mathomomayo Cleaning Services.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>They were also taught not to litter and to keep their environment clean by Anwar Sayed, from Caltex.<\/p>\n<p>Sayed\u2019s sentiments were echoed by Nazir Patel who also encouraged the children to save water and electricity.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>It was then the turn of the local police and Const Queen Sibeko (from the Germiston SAPS), spoke to the children about crimes in the area and urged them to respect school property and to not walk around on their own at night.<\/p>\n<p>The school\u2019s management thanked all who visited the school, and believed the pupils had a
