arrested for attempted murder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Marathon informal settlement man was recently stabbed four times while at a local tavern.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe victim claims he was out with friends when a man suddenly attacked him, stabbing him in the upper body four times with a broken beer bottle,\u201d said Sgt Styles Maome.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>The man suffered severe injuries and was taken to hospital for medical attention.<\/p>\n<p>Using the description given by the victim, police were able to trace the 30-year-old accused and he was arrested.<\/p><div class=\"stream-item stream-item-in-post stream-item-inline-post aligncenter\"><\/div>\n<p>The suspect will appear in the Germiston
