The Bertha Gxowa Hospital\u2019s physio and dietetics departments have launched a fitness clinic<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The launch took place last Wednesday, in the hospital\u2019s Kobie Moller Hall.<\/p>

Weekly classes will now be held every Wednesday, at 1pm.<\/p>\n

The day started with a fitness and health screening, followed by an aerobics class and refreshments.<\/p>

The team thank the hospital, Mofaya, Body Lab, Sanlam, Gaby\u2019s Earth Foods and Daniel Mahlaule for their help in making the clinic a reality.<\/p>\n

Patients were given a home exercise programme and a diet plan after the launch.<\/p>\n
