Hirsch’s Meadowdale held their monthly Banting function recently, with fellow Banters getting together to discuss the Banting lifestyle.

One of the happy Banters said: “It’s easier to have a friend to turn to when you are having weight or health problems and have chosen the Banting lifestyle to assist you in reaching your goals.

“Thanks to Hirsch’s for getting us together for these monthly functions.”

James Fitzpatrick wowed the group with his amazing, Banting-friendly dishes.

He made Yudhika’s “Emergency Curry”, banana pancakes topped with whipped cream and drizzled with a berry sauce.

The general comment: “Delicious and definitely do-able”.
