This writer wonders whether the officials responsible for the operations described in the GCN dated October 24, regarding the by-law blitz, would care to continue their good work by visiting Joubert Street, at the corner of Selkirk Street.
Pedestrians are forced to run the gauntlet in order to circumnavigate the goods displayed across the entire pavement in front of this second-hand dealership.
The only exception — Sundays.
Please enforce the by-laws here, too, officers.
