Please note that out on our roads people are driving with a big red learner sign on their cars.
They think they can drive a car with this sign and not have a licence, not even a learner’s licence; as long as the red “L” is on the car all is fine.
They drive very slowly and cannot reverse.
Be careful, as they do not have insurance and, if they bump into you, then what?
Does the traffic department know of these new rules?
