The Germiston SPCA recently suffered a great loss when one of its bakkies was stolen (GCN, September 25).

This has left the SPCA without enough vehicles to see to all the animals in the area.

Local businesses are encouraged to donate towards the purchase of a new vehicle.

This week the SPCA thanks Georgie se Apteek for its donation of R1 000 towards the new vehicle.
