Stage one load shedding to be implemented this afternoon
Load shedding to be implemented after nine days of uninterrupted power supply.
Eskom has not implemented load shedding for the past nine days, however, this evening will see this come to an end with the implementation of stage one load shedding.
Load shedding will be implemented from 5pm to 10pm this evening.
This is due to a number of Eskom’s generating units being unavailable as a result of technical faults.
