Eskom to perform maintenance without load shedding
Load shedding dependent on the performance of the power plants - says Eskom.
The power system is currently stable.
This was announced in a statement released by Eskom this morning.
The stability will enable Eskom to perform maintenance without load shedding.
However, the power system is expected to be constrained during the evening peak period (5pm – 9pm) mainly as a result of increased electricity demand.
