The Primrose police are again appealing to the community to not park their vehicles on the pavement overnight.
“Vehicles parked on the pavement will be issued with 04 warning pamphlets,” explained Sgt Style Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.
“If the vehicle is not removed and/or parked in a secure location we will call the EMPD and the vehicle will be impounded.”
The police have noted an increase in the number of vehicle thefts in the area.
“A lot of these vehicles are stolen from the pavements,” Moame said.
