Interact Club interacts with the elderly on Mandela Day
The elderly get a treat on Mandela Day.
Members at the Assumption Convent School’s Interact Club visited the De Wetshof Retirement Village on Mandela Day.
The elderly at the village had an amazing time as they interacted with the girls from the club.
Among other things, the girls sang, read poetry and helped the senior citizens with chores.
The youngsters also gave the village a cake and prayed for the sick.
