The Germiston Rotary Club was recently approached by a charitable organisation called Helping Hands, who told them about Vincent Hamburg and his need for a wheelchair.
The Germiston Rotarians responded and Angus Stephan handed over the wheelchair to Hamburg and his wife, Nicole, on behalf of the club.
