A closed meeting will be held, this Thursday, between SA Cotton, the Southern Ekurhuleni Chamber of Business (Secob) and Rand Refinery.
The meeting is being held to discuss various issues pertaining to the proposed construction of a new tank farm for the storage of hazardous substances at Rand Refinery.
