The Primrose police are sending a stern warning to anyone wishing to rent out their property.
“Be very careful when renting out your house or cottages on your property,” warned Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.
“If the people renting your house and/or cottages are arrested for criminal activities taking place on the property, there is a chance the owner will also face legal action.”
The police, therefore, appeal to owners to screen possible tenants before allowing them to move onto the property.
