The First Germiston Scouts completed another successful Kontiki event, recently.
After spending the Friday night and Saturday morning building a raft, a team of young Scouters spent 12 hours on the water at Arrowe Park, in Benoni.
Various challenges had to be completed before they came off the water on the Sunday.
The raft then had to be dismantled and all the equipment loaded up and returned to the Scout Hall, in Germiston.
A lot of good, clean fun was had by all who participated.
