Two arrested for breaking conditions of court order

Infringement of protection orders leads to arrests.

The two men watched over by WO Joseph Mdanda were arrested by the Primrose police, recently, for the contravention of protection orders against each other.

The Primrose police recently arrested two suspects for the contravention of a protection order.

The two aged, 29 and 51 respectively, were arrested after obtaining a protection order against each other and then violating the terms of the order.

Both the accused applied for the order on March 1.

They both appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court, where they were both released on a warning.
