The Bertha Gxowa Hospital and Life Roseacres Clinic in Germiston boosted a total of seven Christmas babies between them.

Little Nyiko Mhlongo was the first Life Roseacres Clinic Christmas Day baby. The baby boy was born at 12.24pm to Derrick (left) and Reginah Mhlongo. Niyko weighed 2.82kg and was 50cm long.
