The man who allegedly assaulted Shondre Botha, at the Caltex service station in Homestead, on October 6 (GCN, November 29), has been arrested.
He was nabbed by the Primrose SAPS while he was visiting friends in Primrose, on December 4.
“We thank the people who helped with the leads which enabled us to arrest the accused,” said Const Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose SAPS.
The 27-year-old man appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court and his case was postponed to January 27, 2014 for further investigation.
