Maggie and Nicol Jorgensen are desperate to find their Yorkshire terrier.
Hiccup has been missing from his Oak Street home, in Primrose East, since November 11.
He was wearing a collar with contact details on a tag and is also micro-chipped.
The family is relocating to KwaZulu-Natal and does not want to go without their beloved pet.
They have contacted the Germiston SPCA and put up posters, but to no avail.
Anyone with information about Hiccup can call Maggie on 084 599 1405, or Nicol on 074 147 7780.
