The court appearance of the three suspects in the Wadeville shoot-out (GCN, October 4, “Bullets fly in Wadeville) has been postponed to October 28, for further investigation.
One suspect appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court on Thursday, and the other two on October 11.
All three will appear together at the next court date, to face charges of murder, attempted murder and armed robbery.
All three have been detained at the Boksburg Prison.
The two EMPD officers injured in the shoot-out have been discharged from hospital and are recovering well.
