Officers from the Germiston Police Station recently destroyed 1 980 bottles of beer that were seized from taverns and illegal shebeens in the Germiston area.

“The bottles of beer have been collected through confiscation operations that have taken place over the last three months,” said WO André de Jager, communications officer for the Germiston SAPS.
