A truck caused a stir on Rand Airport Road on Wednesday, when it rolled down a hill several times.
The truck broke through the road barriers after the driver lost control of it at about 2.45pm and rolled several times before coming to rest.
“The driver of the truck did not sustain injuries, but his two male passengers were taken to Union Hospital, in Alberton, for treatment; one sustained serious injuries,” said William Ntladi, spokesman for Ekurhuleni Emergency Management Services.
The road was closed for nearly an hour as emergency services personnel cleared the scene.
