Germiston Sugar Guild holds a great chocolate cake competition
The Germiston branch of the SA Sugar Guild held an exciting chocolate cake baking competition at the AGS Church, in Primrose East, recently.
The Germiston branch of the SA Sugar Guild held an exciting chocolate cake baking competition at the AGS Church, in Primrose East, recently.
The winner of the competition was Helen Pepperell, with her best ever chocolate cake.
She won R800 in cash.
The competition drew beautiful cake entries and these were donated to the Elandsvallei Old Age Home and Little Eden after the event.
The cakes were judged on a number of strict criteria including taste, texture and appearance.
