The 5km fun run was a great teambuilding exercise for Heavenly Flowers Private School representatives. They included, back (from left), Heidi Searle, Irene Berry, Marinda van Wyk, Yolanda Slabbert and Nicky Joseph. Front: Yulandi Knoester, Jackie and Genique (5) van Deventer and Nicole Knoop.
A 5km fun run was aimed at raising funds for Care Bear Gauteng Safe House for Abandoned and Abused Babies and Toddlers, in Elsburg. The home’s representatives Annelie Johnson (front, left), Zenobia Venter and Lesley Johnson were pleased with the R7 700 raised. Germiston Callies Harriers’ president, Brian Machill (back), was also happy to have worked with Care Bear Gauteng.
