The world renowned Eqstra Flying Lions took to the skies this past Sunday, as part of the 13th annual Rand Airshow. The airshow is held at Rand Airport each year and the team, comprising aerobatic stalwarts Scully Levin, Arnie Meneghelli, Stewart Lithgow and Ellis Levin, never fail to grab the crowd's attention with daring feats and magnificent aerial displays, in their four T6 Harvard aircraft.

The nippy Gabriel Wings Aerobatic Team, flying Pitts Special S2Bs, got hearts pumping with their amazing display of aerobatic skill at the Rand Airshow, at the weekend.
The SAPS treated the crowd to a thrilling high speed chase re-enactment.
Fan favourite Mustang Sally, a P-51 Mustang, took to the skies at the Rand Airshow. As always, this amazing plane and skilled pilot did not disappoint.
Despite the gloomy weather, people from all over the East Rand flocked to the 13th annual Rand Airshow, held at Rand Airport.
An Aermacchi MB-326, known as an Impala, showed the crowd gathered at the Rand Airshow just what high speed flying looks like.
As one of the opening attractions, the Chipmunk Formation Team, in their de Havilland Canada DHC-1 Chipmunks, wowed the crowd at the Rand Airshow.
